New Service Setup
In order to have power or water service turned on, the customer must visit our office and bring the following documents:
- Driver's License (or other form of picture ID)
- Social Security Card (or some other official form displaying the Social Security Number)
- A copy of the lease or purchase contract in the customer's name
Application for service made before 3:30p will most likely be handled same business day. Any application for service made after 3:30p will be handled the next business day.

Deposits for electrical and water service are required for both residential and commericial customers. Homeowners will not be required to pay deposits as long as they provide proof of ownership.
Those located within Landis city limits will also be provided with weekly garbage pickup at a monthly cost of $15.00 which will be included on your monthly billing statement.
Residential (inside and outside city limits): $50.00
Commericial (inside and outside city limits): $100.00
