Tap and Access Fees

 

In order to tie onto and access the Town's water and sewer systems, a tap and access fee has been established.  This convers new construction as well as any modifications to an existing structure that would require a new tap or access.  The standard tap and access fees are as follows, for anything above 3/4 inch on water and 4 inch on sewer, please refer to our list of established fees.

 

Water Tap: $1000.00

Water Access: $1000.00

 

Sewer Tap: $1000.00

Sewer Access: $1000.00
