PUBLIC NOTICE STATING THAT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF LANDIS HAS BEEN ENACTED ADOPTING THE ALDERMEN-MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF LANDIS

The public will take notice that the Town of Landis enacted an ordinance on February 1, 2010, amending the Town of Landis Charter, as set forth in Section 1 of the Session Laws 1975, Chapter 213, ratified May 5, 1975, along with all acts amendatory thereof, to adopt the aldermen-manager form of government for the Town of Landis.  That said ordinance does incorporate by reference those operational guidelines as established in Part 2 of Article 7 of N.C.G.S. Chapter 160A.
