UPDATE 7-20-16 11:30am: Due to maintenance on the new billing system, online billpay has been taken down temporarily. It should be back online by July 21st, 2016 in the AM. Please be advised, due to all the issues with our software conversion, late charges will not be added to bills paid after the 20th, for the month of July only. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their continued patience.


UPDATE 7-18-16 4:30PM: Online Billpay should be up and running now; however, it is now being hosted through a different provider, so customers will need to create a profile the first time they use the new service. It also has a different URL than the old site, which can be found here and by Clicking the Utility Bill Pay link on the website. Thank you for your continued patience! 


UPDATE 7-18-16 10AM: Due to issues with our software conversion, online billpay is still down at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and we are working to get it online as soon as possible. This post will be updated as soon as it is available. Customers may still use all other options to pay their bills. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.  


Starting at 12pm on Thursday, June 30th, 2016 online billpay will be down in order for us to close out the fiscal year. It will be offline until 8:00am Monday, July 18th, 2016 due to conversion to a new billing software. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Payments may still be made by mail, dropbox, phone and in our office during this time.
