NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT ORDINANCE


            The public will take notice that the Town of Landis will conduct a public hearing at the Landis Town Hall Council Chambers on January 25th, 2009 at 7:00pm concerning a proposed ordinance amending the Charter of the Town of Landis as set forth in Section 1 of Session Laws 1975, Chapter 213, ratified May 5, 1975, as amended, to adopt the aldermen-manager form of government.  Following the public hearing, the Town of Landis will consider passage of the ordinance at its regular meeting to be held on February 1st, 2010.
