Board of Aldermen Regular Meeting - August
The Regular Board Meeting of the Landis Board of Aldermen will be held Monday, August 1st, 2016 at 7:00pm at 312 South Main Street. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend.
There will be a public hearing regarding a re-zoning request at this meeting where the public is urged to give comment. More information an be found below:

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Landis have called for a Public Hearing regarding a zoning map amendment request. Specifically, the re-zoning of a parcel of property located within the city limits of Landis:
- Tax Map #107, Parcel #070
- Property Owner: Walter A. Kepley, Jr.
- Property Location: 201 N Main Street at the intersection of W Garden Street
The request is for a zoning change from B-3 (General Business) to R-6 (General Residential). All citizens are invited to attend the public hearing to voice their opinions regarding this proposed change.
