Billing

 

The Town of Landis bills utilties on a monthly basis, with billing going out the first of the month.  Bills are due by the 20th of the month to avoid a 5% late charge.  All bills must be paid by the last business day of the month to avoid disruption of service. 

 

Payment can be made in the following ways:

 

  • Online Bill Pay
  • In-office payments at City Hall
  • Credit card payments via phone at (704) 857-2411 between the hours of 8:00a and 5:00p
  • After hours drop box (check and money orders only, no cash)
  • Mail
  • Monthly bank draft (which drafts on the 15th of the month)
